Email reputation is shared infrastructure. These rules exist so password resets, receipts, login codes, and product notifications keep working for legitimate senders.

Good use

  • Account verification and login codes
  • Password resets and security notices
  • Receipts, invoices, and order updates
  • Product notifications your users expect
  • Support and operational messages tied to an account relationship

Not allowed

  • Purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested lists
  • Phishing, credential collection, malware, or deceptive sender identity
  • Cold outreach or unsolicited bulk email
  • Content that violates law, platform rules, or recipient consent requirements
  • Attempts to bypass limits, suppressions, or authentication checks

Account review and pauses

We may review new accounts, pause domains, throttle sending, or reject traffic that creates legal, security, abuse, or deliverability risk. That includes high bounce rates, misleading From names, suspicious content, or sudden volume spikes.
